How are distributions determined?
Members receive distributions both directly and indirectly.
The primary source of distribution is directly from your own shopping efforts through the Toolbar of your choice. Once you have completed a purchase through one of our 500 online retailers, you simply report the shopping activity to us using your PayPal or AlertPay address.
In addition, members share indirectly from pooled ad revenue and other income generation through the activities of all members. These distributions are made on a “pro-rata” basis. That means that your share of any “other revenue” is tied to your personal shopping activity. The ad income from all of our Toolbars is pooled for purposes of “pro rata” distributions.
Additionally, some of our Toolbars offer referral income as well. In such cases, referring Members are referred to as “Charter Members” and they receive a portion of the referral income that they generate through their referrals.
Members should always check their “Message Center” for important information and updates. Additionally, members may opt to activate their desktop notification, allowing us to send short messages directly through their desktop toolbar.
